Hygiene measures at a glance

The health of our guests is very important to us

For the protection of our guests and our team, we are currently taking some hygiene measures that guarantee a carefree holiday and yet do not detract from the familiar feel-good ambience of our Zum Gourmet. Of course you can participate in our regular activity programme, use our wellness area without any restrictions and help yourself to our rich buffet in the restaurant. In order to ensure the hygienic standard at our buffet, we ask our guests to disinfect their hands at the designated disinfection stations before entering.

Look forward to carefree days! We always inform you about current recommendations and measures.

Minimum distance

Currently, no minimum distance regulations apply.

Face mask obligation

According to the current status, there is no compulsory mouth-nose protection in hotels. The FFP2 mask obligation applies to all persons in public transport and its stations, cable cars and taxis, in cultural institutions and all places of daily use (trade, petrol station, pharmacy, bank).

We recommend our guests to wash their hands several times a day and to disinfect them regularly.

Everywhere where the 3-G regulation applied, the 2-G regulation now applies. This also applies to Christmas markets, for example. Test certificates are no longer valid as proof of admission.

The 2-G rule applies: proof of vaccination or convalescence must be presented at check-in. Tests are no longer valid as proof of admission. For convalescents: COVID infection no more than 6 months ago or proof of neutralizing antibodies no more than 90 days old. Vaccination certificate validity will be reduced from twelve months to nine months. The 2-G proof applies to children 15 years of age and older. Current info on the regulations can also be found here.

To enable you to plan your holiday as carefree as possible, we offer our guests the possibility to cancel their stay free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival (except public holdays and during major vacation times).

Cashless payment is recommended.

Cable cars & ski resorts

A 2-G certificate is required to use the ski areas. FFP2 masks are compulsory in cable cars. Christmas markets and apres ski can take place (2-G regulation).

Corona regulations are set depending on the number of intensive care beds occupied by COVID-19 patients in hospitals. We are currently in stage 4. You can also find current information here.

Stage 1

Antigen tests and self-tests with digital solution are only valid for 24h from test collection (PCR tests 72h) and FFP2 masks are mandatory in public transport, cable cars, pharmacies, banks, cabs. No mask obligation in hotels and gastronomy. Masks are mandatory for unvaccinated guests in all areas. A Green Pass certificate is required for events with 25 or more people.

Stage 2

If this stage is reached, the „2-G“ rule will be introduced for night gastronomy/apres ski: In this case only vaccinated and people who have recovered from a COVID-19 illness can enter in such venues. This means that there is no access to these areas by means of tests. Antigen self-tests with digital solution are no longer valid as proof of entry in gastronomy or hotels.

Stage 3

Wherever the 3-G regulation applies, only the following can be used as a proof of entry (i.e. in gastronomy, hotels etc.): You need to be either vaccinated, recovered or have a negative test certificate from a PCR test. This means that only PCR tests are valid as proof of entry. All other tests are no longer valid as proof of entry.

Stage 4

Wherever the 3-G rule applies, the 2-G rule (Vaccinated/Genese) is introduced. Tests of any kind will no longer be allowed as an entry requirement. The validity of vaccination certificates will be reduced from twelve to nine months. Transitional period until 6.12.2021: Until then, access is also possible with initial vaccination and additional PCR test. An overview of the current measures can be found here.
