The prices are per person per day, VAT included; in halfboard.

The visitor's tax of € 1,50 per day is to pay in addition. Children till 15 years are free of tax.

Gluten intolerance: For our guests with gluten intolerance we offer glutenfree bread and cereals and for the evenung menus we take care. Please inform us by making your reservation.

Supplement: by staying only one or two nights 5%

Childrens reduction: together in the room of the parents: until2 years 80%, from 3-7 years 70% from 8 - 11 years 50% and from 12 years 30% - in halfboard.

Feng-Shui: an ancient chinese system of aesthetics believed do use the laws of both Heaven (astronomy) and Earth (geography) to help one improve life by receiving positive qi. For this reason Gabi - Dipl- Feng-Shui-consultant - has furnished our new rooms according to Feng-Shui.

General terms:  in case of accelerated departure or delayed arrival we charge full guest room's price. All changes and annulment of the reservation are taken olly in writing. In case of cancelling the reservation, all payments are taken according to Austrian hotel law! Disobliging information.
- 50 % between 1 month and 1 week before planned arrival's date
- 90 % during the last week before planned arrival's date.
